Shipping & Delivery

  1. August Store offers international shipping by partnering with the local post in your country to complete deliveries.
  2. Tracking: Both local and international options include tracking numbers. Please, look for the tracking number in your confirmation email to track your package. Orders placed on late Fridays, Holidays or during the weekend, will be processed by our shipper on the next business day.
  3. August Store will not be held responsible for any unsuccessful delivery due to reasons such as package(s) being unclaimed, etc. Any form of re-delivery, if applied, will be borne by customers.
  4. August Store is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery.

We deliver to around 230 countries. Please reach out to us via email at hello@auguststoreofficial.com to verify the eligibility of your country for shipping.

We ship internationally via DHL Express or Fed Ex while domestically it will be based on local standard postal such as Poslaju or Singpost.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 pm GST (excluding Public Holidays) will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm GST or on Public Holidays will be shipped within the next 1 - 3 business days.

Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be sent out on the following business days (excluding holidays).

Your package will be returned to us in Singapore or Malaysia after several failed delivery attempts, or if it has exceeded 21 days from dispatch date, whichever is earlier.

Please note that undelivered parcels will not be redelivered.

Please note that changes to your delivery information cannot be made once your order is confirmed. However, if you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll do our best to help!

Also, be aware that modifying the delivery address might lead to shipping delays, but rest assured, we'll make every effort to minimise any inconvenience.

If your order has already been delivered by the time we receive your request for changes, we may not be able to retrieve it. Therefore, it's crucial to contact us as soon as possible to avoid any misdelivery issues. Your satisfaction is our priority!

For Malaysia

Do note that there may be delivery delays due to the festive season.

Our shipping charges are at a flat rate of RM15 per order. Shipping rates from our Singapore store to Malaysia will be charged RM35.

Meanwhile, shipping from Malaysia to Singapore is a fixed rate at RM50 for Express Delivery.

You may also opt for Local Pick Up at Checkout at Our Stores as it is free of charge. 

Local Delivery charges may apply via Grab Express or lalamove. This will be borne by you.

For Singapore and International

For orders within the country, enjoy free shipping on purchases over $50! If your order is below $50, a small fee of $5 applies for Standard Postal Service.

For our international customers, orders exceeding $450 qualify for free shipping! If your order is under $449, a nominal fee of $50 will be applied. 

You may also opt for Local Pick Up at Checkout at Our Stores as it is free of charge. 

Local Delivery charges may apply via Grab Express or lalamove. This will be borne by you.

**August Store cannot guarantee that delivery will occur in the delivery time frames.

For Malaysia

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping for Malaysia.

For Singapore and International

  • If your purchase is below $50, a small $5 fee applies using our Standard Postal Service. 
  • For our international friends, free delivery awaits on orders exceeding $450. If your order is under $449, a modest $50 fee applies.

Do note that there may be delivery delays due to the festive season.

Customs & Duties

  • Estimated delivery days may vary due to local customs clearance.
  • Duties: Please note, all international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
  • Also, please be informed that all import duty and/or taxes charged by your home country are liable by the customers.


August Store will not be responsible for the followings;

  1. To pay those taxes or stamp duty charges.
  2. For any unsuccessful delivery due to reasons such as the package being unclaimed, etc. Any form of re-delivery, if applied, will be borne by customers.
  3. Not liable for any loss, damage, costs, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches the destination.

Please note that we have no control over the customs charges and that you will have to be responsible for payment of any such fees. Please contact your local customs office for any further information before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Yes, you may track its journey as a notification email will be given with the tracking details.

Deliveries to Malaysia are handled by Poslaju and/or DHL Express or Fed Ex while for Singapore or International orders are by DHL Express, or Fed Ex and/or Singpost.

Enter your Tracking Number into the parcel tracking ID field to trace your package.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. If you do not receive the email, please contact hello@auguststoreofficial.com.

We carefully inspect your items before packing and shipping to ensure their quality. If, by any chance, you receive faulty items, please reach out to us at hello@auguststoreofficial.com. 

We're here to help and will do our best to address any concerns you may have!

We're truly sorry if there's been any mix-up with your order, and if you've received the wrong item.

Our website pricing may change without notice. Unfortunately, orders placed before promotions cannot be retroactively updated with the latest discounts. 

Absolutely! In situations where the online prices may differ from what you see on the clothing labels in-store, don't worry!

The accurate price will always be the one displayed on the label.

Please note that online prices typically exclude taxes.

If the item you're interested in is currently out of stock, we recommend checking back periodically, as our inventory is regularly updated although we do not guarantee a restock of an identical item.

Alternatively, you can provide us with your contact details, and we'll notify you as soon as the item becomes available again. 

As for VEJA shoes, you may submit an inquiry to our Form to get notified once we restock the style or size available.

Return

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.
  • We do accept exchanges within seven (7) days from date of purchase and 14 days of shipment for an exchange or store credit as long as the items are returned in the same condition they were received in and follow applicable conditions listed in our guidelines:
  • If it is past the window of exchange, please contact our customer service team before returning your item to avoid having your returned package returned or rejected.
  • We do our best to accept all exchanges. However, we reserve the right to refuse any exchanges in the unlikely event that the item is in an unsuitable condition for an exchange.
  • Please note that due to final sale clearance and hygiene concerns, selected items are non-exchangeable such as lingeries, swimwears, accessories and sale items.
  • Items purchased during sale period or with promo codes are also not valid for exchanges.
  1. Full price items are valid for an exchange (within 7 days from date of purchase) to a different product with same or higher price value.
    Can be exchanged to store credit which can be used on regular price items on your next purchase & only valid for three (3) months.
    **In instances where the exchange is for a higher-value product, you are required to top up the price difference.
  2. Sales items cannot be exchanged or refund. A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
  3. Intimate wear, swimwears, accessories, solution and/or beauty products are strictly not exchangeable or refundable due to hygiene purposes.
  4. In case of a change of mind, but please note that we do not accept returns due to a change of mind.

Conditions

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

  • We unfortunately do not accept returns. However, in the case of receiving a wrong or defective item, please contact our customer service at hello@auguststoreofficial.com.
  • Please retain a record of your tracking number so that you are able to monitor the progress of the return as it is on route back to us.

Kindly be aware that August Store does not cover the return shipping expenses.

We suggest choosing the most budget-friendly shipping option available to you, with tracking included, as we cannot take responsibility for any parcels that may go missing on their way back to us.

For in-store exchanges, it is free of charge provided that the item(s) are in suitable condition to process for an exchange.

Yes, you may exchange the item purchased online to our stores within 7 to 14 days within receiving the item. Do let us know via Whatsapp prior so we can inform our team members.

You will need to bring the item purchased, along with the original receipt/ e-receipt (if any) and/or any accessories that came with it. An order confirmation is highly recommended as proof of purchase.

Exchange

In the case of receiving a wrong or defective item, please contact our customer service at hello@auguststoreofficial.com.

August Store does not cover the cost of both international and domestic returns. We recommend sending the items back using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.

Selected number items of heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

SHOES

Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on the carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.

SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE

Please try on underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove the protective slip.

TOPS AND DRESSES

Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off the garment.

BEAUTY PRODUCTS, JEWELRY & SOLUTION WEAR

These item(s) are non-returnable or exchangeable due to personal and hygiene reasons.

International

Customers outside of Singapore or Malaysia, are responsible for shipment costs for returns and exchange. To ship an item back to August Store please:

  1. Apply for a Return or Exchange via Email
  2. For exchanges, we recommend you to contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please send an email at hello@auguststoreofficial with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold. 
  3. Pack your item(s) into a bag or box.
  4. Post your Return/Exchange Parcel

**Please note that you need to return your items to us within 14 days upon receiving your parcel to be guaranteed for a return. The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. 

We recommend shipping your returned parcel using your trackable postage as we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost on their way to us.

Store credits issued from an exchange or returns can only be used once.

Store credits issued from exchange or return, notably known as "gift cards" must be used within a one (1) year from the date of issuance.

Gift cards and/or store credit that are not purchased within the stipulated time frame will expire, and August Store will not provide extensions.

Store credits issued in terms of Coupon Code and will have a validity period of three (3) months.

Store Credit and/or Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

Please note, the Coupon Code must be used in full and cannot be split among separate transactions.

Coupon codes cannot be used during promotional periods and cannot be applied to shipping.

Coupon code cannot be used on top of other promotional codes or other coupon codes. One coupon code per transaction.

Sale items, discounted merchandise, or any other promotional offers may not be eligible for purchase using the gift card and/or store credit.  Gift cards/store credit cannot be used on items marked as clearance, final sale, or any other non-eligible merchandise as specified by August Store.

Refund

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds. We, however, allow exchange of item(s) within 7 days from date of purchase for any product(s) that are of equal or higher price point as long as the product(s) are in perfect condition and have all its labels attached.

Most returns will be issued in the form of store credit. Kindly contact customer service at hello@auguststoreofficial.com for further details.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Kindly attach photos of the faulty area together with the Order Number and short description, and email us at hello@auguststoreofficial.com.

Before proceeding with packing your order(s), we will identify any defects before dispatching it, and we will repair them as much as possible before proceeding with the shipment to you.

Please note that product(s) that are severely damaged or produced by defective manufacturing processes will be subject to return for an exchange or store credit.

Terms of use of August Store Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased online at www.auguststoreofficial.com will be sent electronically to your email address.

Terms of use:

  1. Gift cards are valid for one(1) year, from the date of purchase.
  2. Gift cards are redeemable on merchandise on auguststoreofficial.com and in-store, Bangsar Village 2, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
  3. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded after purchase.
  4. There will be no replacement for Gift Card if it’s lost, stolen or damaged.
  5. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-extensible, non-exchangeable for cash.
  6. August Store reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold to review if there are suspicions of fraud, if they are mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of Gift Card policies.

Gift card(s) purchased expires in one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Online:

Simply enter the Gift Card code during checkout, but ensure the value has been deducted from your final order amount before you finalise your purchase.

To use in-store, please provide our retail associate with the QR code sent to your registered email during checkout.

Store Credit

  • Store Credit can only be used at our Retail Stores.
  • Store Credit must be used in full and cannot be split among separate transactions.

Store Credit will be issued for eligible returns within 7 days after your returned order, and 14 days after we have received it.

Please ensure the items returned are in their original condition when received.

Your Store Credit can be used as a payment method for purchases in-store.

Once you've put your Store Credit to good use on an order, unfortunately, returns are not possible. However, if there's any remaining credit, feel free to use it for your next purchase! Any extra amount can be settled by you.

Store credit is usually sent directly to your registered email address.

  1. Inform the cashier that you’d like to utilise your Store Credit
  2. Scan your unique QR code upon payment to redeem your credits

Discounts/Promo Codes

The code has expired. Do check the expiry date of the code, as some of them run for a limited time or expire after a set period of time.

There might be a minimum spend requirement and/or on selected product categories.

Some promo codes might have some restrictions to the number of times it can be used.

Check promo terms and conditions to ensure you’ve met the promo criteria here.

  • Only one promo code can be applied to each order.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional items unless stated. Some exclusions may apply.
