We ship to approximately 230 countries so please check with us through email at email@example.com to confirm if your country is eligible.
Are the prices online the same as the ones in store?
Yes, it is but in cases where the prices shown online differ from the ones shown on the clothing label’s in store, the correct price will be the one shown on the label.
How do I make sure that I have placed the order correctly?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. If you do not receive the email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I modify or cancel my orders?
We try our best to process and pack your order as soon as we could, thus we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.
Can I make a refund?
Unfortunately, refunds are not possible.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once the order is packed and shipped out, a notification email will be given with the tracking details.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
We check the condition of the item(s) before they are packed and shipped out. However if in any case that your items are faulty, please contact us through email at email@example.com. We will try our best to resolve the issues.
What should I do if I receive incorrect item?
We apologise if there has been any error with your order and if you have received the wrong item. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have received an incorrect item within 7 working days.
Please specify the item(s) you should have received and the item(s) you have received with an attachment of the images of the items.

I have recently placed an order online and now its discounted. Do I get the discounted price?
The pricing on the website is subject to change without prior notice. Orders placed before promotions are not allowed to receive the new promotions or discounts.
Is customs fees included?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches the destination.
Please note that we have no control over the customs charges and that you will have to be responsible for payment of any such fees. Please contact your local customs office for any further information before placing an order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
For domestic shipping, your order will take 3 to 5 working days via Poslaju after the day of dispatch.
For international shipping, your order will take 3 to 5 working days via DHL after the day of dispatch.
How much do I pay for delivery?
For domestic shipping, delivery is free of charge.
For international shipping, delivery is RM90 or approximately USD22 or AUD30.
Can I exchange/return any of my products?
Yes, you can make an exchange within 7 days for any products that are of equal or higher price as long as the product(s) are in perfect condition and has all its labels attached. However, returns are not possible.
We do our best to accept all exchanges. However, we reserve the rights to refuse any exchanges in an unlikely event that an item is in an unsuitable condition for an exchange.
Please note that due to final clearance and hygiene concerns, certain items are non-exchangeble such as sale items, accessories, lingeries and swimwear as well as items purchased through promo codes.
Is there a fee to exchange/return the products?
For exchanges in store, it is free of charge provided that the item(s) are in suitable condition to exchange.
For exchanges through delivery, any cost incurred from returning an item and sending a different item back to you shall be fully borne by you.
