HOW TO BUY:

  • Choose the product type (top, bottom, accessories, etc).
  • View the products you are interested in.
  • Select an item of clothing and click 'Add to Cart'. You can then choose to keep shopping or to cart.
  • If you wish to keep shopping, repeat the process.
  • Proceed to cart and checkout. Review your shipping address and make sure all the details are correct. 
  • Select a payment method: Paypal
  • Click 'Place my Order'.
  • You will receive an email confirming your order.

ORDER STATUS:

You can always check the status of your order by clicking on in the account (Paypal) info navigation bar. We will be happy to make any changes to your order if you contact us before it has been processed.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

We ship internationally via DHL Express.

Standard International Shipping - RM90 (3-5 working days) 

 

August Store cannot guarantee that delivery will occur in the delivery time frames.

August Store is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery.

***Please note that all stamp duty or taxes charged by your home country are liable by the customers. August Store will not be responsible to pay those taxes or stamp duty charged.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: 

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 7 calendar days of receipt and a store credit will be issued (NO refund will be given unless items received are faulty). Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. 

Please notify us via email before you return an item.

**Sale item or items purchased with a sale code are non-refundable or exchangeable.
