• Communicating with senior management about existing and new marketing activities.
• Develop and execute industry best-practice ‘In Market’ strategies
• Managing and creating appropriate content for a variety of channels that includes physical retail, social medias and e-commerce.
• Evaluating and improving marketing campaigns with possible solutions to fit within budgetary constraints.
• Identifying and measuring marketing outcomes to increase the efficiency of marketing activities within the company.
• Recruiting and training personnel under the department to assist with event coordination and sales.
• Be responsible for the strategic planning of marketing programs / activities.
• Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic
• Deploying and creating successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
• Analyze and report marketing data to management to help sharpen future marketing strategies
• Develop and manage brand's CRM system, loyalty and rewards programme

Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

• For Singapore base : Singapore / PR only 
• For Malaysia base : Malaysian only
• A digital marketing background is a must
• 1-2 years relevant experience in an e-commerce B2C brand is a bonus

• Excellent project management skills and an empathy for customer needs
• Good multitasking skills and the ability to take on multiple projects at once
