AUGUST STORE'S TERMS OF USE
By visiting this website &/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding how we manage information provided by you.
CONDITIONS
If you change your mind you can request an exchange or return for credit note of your purchase.
When returning an order, we recommend the parcel by sent with a trackable & registered delivery service, as AUGUST STORE does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, & free of damage & with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns on lingerie, swimwear or accessories for hygienic reasons.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order for Malaysian orders, & within 7 days for International orders. Returns after this date cannot be accepted.
Sale, discounted items, purchases using a promotion code or items included in a flash sale or online promotion are final sale. We will not process credit note, exchange or refunds.
AUGUST STORE has the right to cancel & refund any sale due to a genuine error.

SALE ITEMS
Sale, discounted items, purchases using a promotion code or items included in a flash sale or online promotion are final sale. We will not process credit note, exchange or refunds.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizes or wrong decision on sale, discounted items and items purchased with a sale code.
Please note, items discounted at 60% or more of the original RRP are final sale & cannot be returned or refunded.
We do not provide price adjustments for purchases made prior to Sale or Promotional Periods.

SHIPPING
August Store online ships orders using Malaysia Post, Pos Laju & DHL Express.
Please note we use various services, depending on the cost & speed of delivery required.
Domestic orders are shipped using Pos Laju & may require a signature on delivery. Please consider the security circumstances of your delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels. Full tracking is available using this service.
International orders sent using DHL Express & offer full tracking & do require a signature on delivery. Please consider the security circumstances of your delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels. Full tracking is available using this service.
We will not be held responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post office for collection. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details. Make sure to provide us with your contact number upon purchasing.
Orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed within 48 hours. August Store online is unable to dispatch parcels over the weekend.
Please note, during sale periods & times of seasonal offers, dispatch of orders & in turn delivery times may be delayed. We aim to process all orders in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience in order processing.
If taxes & customs fees are not paid on arrival, we will be unable to refund the parcel once it has been returned to us. We are only able to provide a store credit once the parcel has been received.
ONLINE SHIPPING CHARGES
ALL SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA IS FREE.
FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON ORDERS MYR1000 AND OVER.
For orders under MYR1000 a shipping fee of MYR90 will be applied at checkout.
AUGUST STORE cannot be held responsible for any customs taxes charged. Any fees to this nature are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your home country's government website for tax & duties charges for a full breakdown.
ONLINE SHIPPING TIMES
Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only & AUGUST STORE will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Orders are subject to availability. Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 10 am - 5 pm, please note deliveries are not made on weekends.
STORE CREDITS & DISCOUNT CODE
Store credits issued in terms of coupon code and will have a validity period of 3 months.
Please note, the coupon code must be used in full and cannot be split among separate transactions.
Coupon codes cannot be used during promotional periods and cannot be applied to shipping.
The coupon codes cannot be used in store, and cannot be exchanged for any monetary form.
Coupon code cannot be used on top of other promotional codes or other coupon codes. One coupon code per transaction.
Store credits issued from an exchange or returns can only be used once.
Please note only one discount code can be applied at a time.
The discount code must be applied at the checkout page at the time of purchase to be valid. We are unable to apply a discount code to any order after it has been placed.
Discount code obtained from mailing list/sign-ups is only applicable on normal-priced items.
INTERNATIONAL ACCESS
Customers who access and use the AUGUSTSTOREOFFICIAL.com website from outside of the Malaysia are responsible for complying with their local laws and regulations.
Occasionally a vendor requests that AUGUST STORE restrict the sale of their brand to certain countries. Though AUGUST STORE prefers not to limit the brands AUGUST STORE sells, AUGUST STORE must honor its vendor’s wishes. However, AUGUST STORE continually reviews such restrictions with its vendors to see if any changes can be made.

In the event that a product is listed incorrectly (e.g. price or description) due to a typographical error or other mistake, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that may have been placed for such a product listed.
